The 2 hole design is a classic design which was the first type of gymnastics grips seen in the crossfit world. The 2-hole design allows you to have more contact with the object you have to lift or hang from, which can be an advantage especially if you are a beginner or have limited experience with training.

As the name symbolizes, this model is sweat absorbent, which is an advantage in long workouts where the sweat is absorbed before the sweat reaches your palms and, in the worst case, makes your grip smoother.

Size guide: Measure from the base of the hand to the beginning of the middle finger.
