Our latest hybrid knee sleeves have been developed with careful attention to creating the right balance between support, warmth, comfort, and compression. As the name suggests, they are versatile and suitable for both CrossFit, fitness, and specific weightlifting.

To ensure that the knee sleeves stay in place, even during the most intense workouts, we have integrated an inner rubber lining that prevents slipping.

Perfect for Both CrossFit and Weightlifting

Traditionally, knee sleeves for CrossFit have been shorter than those used for weightlifting, which typically have a length close to 30 cm – a standard set by the International Weightlifting Federation.

Our hybrid knee sleeves are designed to combine the benefits of both types. They measure 25 cm in size Small and 29 cm in size XL, making them ideal for those who want knee sleeves that can be used for both CrossFit and weightlifting.

The knee sleeves are available in two different thicknesses. The variant you see here is 7 mm thick, but we also offer a 5 mm version that provides extra compression. (The thinner model can be found as a separate product in our webshop).

5 MM

If you primarily train CrossFit and only include weightlifting as a smaller part of your workout, we recommend the 5 mm knee sleeves. This thickness gives you the freedom to move without restrictions.

7 MM

If you focus mostly on weightlifting and only use CrossFit as a supplement, the 7 mm knee sleeves are the right choice. They provide extra compression and support around the knee, making them perfect for weightlifting, where movements are mainly vertical. If you have knee problems or pain, we also recommend the 7 mm.

The size guide should be followed closely to achieve an optimal fit. If you are between two sizes, we recommend going up a size.
