What is Creatine Malate?

Creatine Malate - Dosage!
There are many conflicting theories about the optimal dose of creatine. It is generally accepted that the daily portion of creatine should be between 5 and 10 g. However, this does not mean that larger amounts are not absorbed, or that smaller amounts will have no effect. An interesting practice is the introduction of a 'saturation phase,' which consists of taking 15-30 g of creatine per day for 3-7 days. Such a procedure allows quickly increasing the level of this substance in the muscles. After the 'saturation phase,' small maintenance doses of 2 to 5 g per day are used.
