Our new Heavy Rope is designed for those who want to push limits and expand their jump rope skillset. Each handle weighs 380 grams, but you can remove 50 grams from each handle if it feels too heavy.
In addition to the handle weight, this heavy rope comes with your choice of a 4 mm, 6 mm, or 8 mm PVC-coated steel wire, all 3 meters long and adjustable in length. The total weight of the 4 mm cable is 82 grams, the 6 mm is 157 grams, and the 8 mm is 240 grams. If you're just looking for a solid cable to train with, we recommend the 6 mm option.
The set includes a hex key and a mesh storage bag.
