These effervescent tablets, filled with glucose, sodium, and minerals, are created with the purpose of replenishing lost electrolytes (salts) after a sweaty workout. They contain not only glucose but also five essential minerals: sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, and magnesium. Isotonic drinks containing electrolytes are designed to improve fluid absorption during physical activity. They are recommended for use during, before, or immediately after training.
