Our new heavy rope is for those who want to push the limits and expand their rope skillset. Each handle weighs 480 grams, but 50 grams of weight can be taken out of the handle if it becomes too heavy. In addition to the weight in the handle, this heavy rope comes with a 4mm pvc coated steel wire which is 3m long, but it can be adjusted as needed. The set comes with a hex key and 2 wire locks that fit on the outside of the rope.

A heavy rope has been introduced to crossfit games as part of the ultimate fitness test, since then you come across a heavy rope more and more often.
