Functions of vitamins

Vitamin A contributes to maintaining normal mucous membranes as well as normal skin and vision. Vitamins C and D help support the function of the immune system and together with vitamins B6 and B12 they contribute to reducing fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin B6 supports a normal turnover of protein and glycogen and, together with vitamin B 12, contributes to a normal formation of red blood cells.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and, together with vitamin E, contributes to protecting the cells against antioxidative stress.
Vitamin B9 (folate), vitamin B12 plays a role in the cell division process and contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Ingredients: Vitamin C, Vitamin E, bulking agent: corn starch, nicotinamide (vitamin B3), calcium d-pantothenate (vitamin B5), vitamin B12, vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B1, vitamin D3, folic acid (vitamin B9), biotin (vitamin B7), bulking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (RSPO), capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Dosage
1 capsule per day. The daily dose should not be exceeded.

Storage:
Dry and not too warm. Should be kept out of the reach of small children

Dietary supplements:
Capsules containing vitamins. Should not be consumed by children under 11 years of age. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
